I took the plunge into yoga after my dog ate my P90X dvd, plus I was curious to see just how the P90 version of yoga stood up to the real thing. This race went really well, had some trouble sighting during the swim because of the glare from the sun, but all in all a good swim with minimal contact.  Bike went well except for the damn bump in my rear tire...guess that's what happens when you attempt to glue your own tubular tires for the first time haha. His race report is coming and I'll upload photos soon. We had a great time chatting hockey with all the locals ("Couva?! Who they got?  Ongo?!  Meh, go Sox!"), the city of Boston will find out shortly exactly who we got here in Couva!
